During her ten year career in Corporate Banking Alexis completed her AAT qualification to fully understand the financial side of business. In 2014 Alexis took a career break to look after her twin girls during which time she completed certifications in Sage 50 Accounts, Sage Payroll and Microsoft Excel.
In 2016 Alexis set up her own business Mila and Pheebs. Alexis understands how small businesses operate, the struggles and overwhelm business owners face and how difficult it can be to find the right person to work with.
